By way of background, I am the owner of a large real estate development company and am involved in
constructing many different asset classes.
I offered to write this unsolicited letter for Idan to have and use in order to secure future projects. I offered this
because he was exceptional owner’s rep on the our Project that I was involved in. When I offered to assist in the construction of an building expansion, I soon realized that I needed to
either hire someone to manage the process or it would fall to my internal team which was not ideal. The issue was that I

As President of the Board of Yeshivat He ' At id I am writing this letter of recommendation for ldan Levin with respect to his work as Owner's Rep/Project Manager of the construction of our school's newly renovated building.
ldan ran our project beginning in the Fall of2015 and is still working with us today as we wrap up the finishing touches on our beautiful new building. He was hired because of his ability to think creatively on ways to accomplish our goals while staying within a tight budget.
