Idan Levin, Founder


Mr. Levin's Biograghy​​​

​With years of experience managing construction projects, and providing leadership in facilities management for various industries, Idan Levin will bring his professional experiences to your organization.  He brings added value to the table because of his vast experience working on projects where he led the selection of the Design Team and the Contractor, while leading contract and change order negotiations, project scheduling, and communicating with Local and State construction authorities.  He has led project teams for large scale projects such as Irvington School District, Flushing High School, JCC of MetroWest, and 107th Police Precinct, representing a sample of clients.  Mr. Levin has worked in the Not-For-Profit sector as well as in firms where the bottom line is a key decision making driver.  He has worked with labor unions both on construction sites and with in-house unionized forces.

Mr. Levin is a professional who appreciates the needs of any client embarking on a construction project, and offers some key benefits of of working with an Owner's Rep which he believes Business Owners should consider before beginning a construction project:
