We review the design from a Facilities Management perspective: investigating which building materials best fit our client's needs and ensuring sufficient storage for the various departments are only two examples of considerations overlooked in many projects.
More than any other sector, the owner representative of an educational institution must take on additional owner responsibilities as part of our project management roll. We educate and set expectations for the customer. We communicate with all internal department such as the administrative staff, faculty, members of the board of trustees and parents.
