The purpose of this plan is to conduct a professional, expert examination of your facility, whether the space is leased or owned, single location or multiple, and to provide a strategic plan to maximize the potential of the facility.The plan will address immediate and urgent needs of the physical plant, as well as near and long term planning of proper maintenance and optimal performance of building systems.
The plan will also enable you to financially be prepared to address physical plant needs in a timely manner and before emergency action is required once productivity and performance of your operation is impacted.

Security Enhancement and Target Hardening Measures
For a sensitive target such as a house of worship, located within a historic landmark structure we have identified and implemented security measures in accordance with The Department of Homeland Security guidelines. Funds appropriated by the Federal Government went towards improved perimeter lighting, an enhanced surveillance camera system and hardening of all points of entry.
50,000 sq ft Roofing Installation for Community Center
While on retainer as a Facilities Manager,
and Project Manager for large capital projects, we identified the preferred roof design for a 60 year old roof. A top rated roofing manufacturer was selected and the best of five (5) competitive vendors was selected to install a 50,000 square foot PVC roof.
After significant challenges presented by Super Storm Sandy and a long and cold winter season, roofing work is now in full swing.
